After you order a physical Rho Card, you'll get an email when the card is on its way.
The card will ship as inactive for security purposes. Once the card arrives, the package will include a QR Code. Please scan that QR code with your mobile device, enter your card details (as printed on the actual card) and this will activate your card!
Then, get spending!
What if I lose the QR Code paper or accidentally throw it out?
That's okay! Log in to your Rho account, reach out to your client service team via our live chat and ask for help! We can activate it for you after verifying your identity. You can also email clientservice@rho.co!

The Rho Card does not require a personal guarantee. We will not do a hard or soft check on your credit score to create a Rho Card. Rho Cards settle same-day and pull directly from the funds in your Rho account.
What about fraud or misuse? Rho Cards use the MasterCard payment network in order to provide world-class security and safety for your whole team.
