Thank you for choosing Rho. Wire transfers, payments, corporate cards, employee expenses, and team budgets can all be managed within your Rho account.
Rho is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Webster Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.
Here's how to get started.
Step 1: Funding your checking account.
First up, you need to fund your account. You can fund the account using one of the following two options:
Option No. 1: You can fund your Rho account with an ACH or wire transfer from an external bank account. For more information about funding your account via initial wire transfer, see How do I send money to my Rho Account?
Option No. 2: You can also fund your Rho Account with a linked external business account. For more information about linking to an external bank account, see How do I link an external bank account?
Step No. 2: Creating Corporate Cards
You can create either physical or virtual Rho Cards for every employee at your company. Here's how. You can also edit the spending restrictions and budgets for those cards.
Step 3: Add team members, and set permissions
Give your administrators, employees, budget owners, investors, bookkeepers, and accountants access to Rho. Make finances simple and frictionless by collaborating with your whole team. Rho's roles and permissions let you do this safely.

Step 4: Get started with payments.
In the "Transfers" section of your Rho account, you can get started sending wires, ACHs, and checks. Here's how to send domestic wires, and how to send ACH payments. Here is how to create an international wire.
Here's how to write a check using Rho.
To deposit a check at Rho, just take a picture of the front and back, and upload it in the "Transfers" section.
To deposit a check via Remote Deposit Capture, you must properly endorse it in one of two ways:

A wet signature on the back of the check accompanied by the words “for mobile deposit only”

Or typed/written/stamped on the back with the following information:

"Pay to the order of Webster Bank N.A.”

“For Mobile Deposit Only”
-
Your company name ([company name here])
-
Rho routing number (021913655)

Last 4 digits of your checking account number

To ensure there are no delays depositing funds, all check images should be:

Step 5: Set up Budgets
Track every penny your team spends. Create Budgets, and then connect those budgets to corporate cards for everyone you work with.
Here is how to create a new Budget.
Once you've created a budget, assign a group of employees' corporate cards to it. As your employees spend, their cards will deduct straight from the budget.
