Deposit a check into your Rho account.
To deposit checks, click the Banking icon on the Rho toolbar to open the Banking Dashboard. Click Deposit Funds to view the Add Funds page. Click the Deposit a Check button to view the Upload page where you can upload the images of the front and back of the check you want to deposit.
Note: Make sure to endorse the check by signing the back. Also, handwrite "for mobile deposit only" under your endorsement (or check the mobile deposit box, if applicable). Additionally, upload a clear photo of the front and back of the check on a white background.
Note: For our new banking partner, please make sure to:
1. Endorse the check by signing the back
2. Handwrite "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your endorsement and check the mobile deposit box.
3. Upload a clear photo of the front and the back of the check

You can now also deposit checks in the mobile app!
Note: When depositing a check via the Rho mobile app, your check will first show as queued, then it will be in a processing state until it settles. This is the same flow as depositing checks via the Rho website!
Please note, check deposits take 3-4 business days to clear, however, it may take up to 10 days (which is extremely uncommon).
Each Rho Account may only receive up to $15,000.00 USD per day in check deposits (Example: one check for $15,000.00 USD, 3 separate checks for $5,000.00 USD may be deposited in a single day, etc).
If a larger check needs to be deposited, please proceed as you would in the instructions above. However, please note that the check will display as “queued” in your Rho Account while our Compliance Team reviews your request.
If approved, the check will move from "queued" to "pending" status in your account within 48 hours of attempted deposit.
If denied, our Client Service team will reach out to you via email to inform you that your larger check could not be accommodated.
