Locking a Rho Card
If you think you, or a member of your organization, has misplaced your Rho Card, you can temporarily lock the card, so that it cannot be used for any transactions.
To Lock the card, open the Card Details page for the card, click Actions at the right side of your screen, and select Lock Card from the drop-down list. Later, if the card is located, you can then unlock the card from the same location.

Cancelling a Rho Card
If you are worried that your Rho card has been permanently lost or stolen, you should immediately cancel the card, so that it is deleted permanently.
To Cancel the card, open the Card Details page for the card, click Actions at the right side of your screen, and select Cancel Card from the drop-down list.
If you're concerned your card has been stolen or used fraudulently, email clientservice@rho.co as soon as possible, or call us at 1 (855) 7-GETRHO.
Ordering a Replacement Card
If you have locked or cancelled a Rho Card and require a new one, you can create a new Rho Card for the same user and with the same card details, such as team budget, spending limit, and category restrictions. For more information about creating a Rho Card, see Create a new Rho Card.
