We have two ways of paying a domestic payee, with their bank account details and by check with their check address. A domestic bank account allows you to directly send payment to a payee’s account, allowing them to receive payment more quickly. To associate a domestic bank account with a payee, you require the account number, the wire routing number, and the ACH routing number.
From the Payees page, select the desired payee.
Once selected, click the Add Account button, right below the Payee Details section. Then click Domestic from the What Type of Bank Account Is This? page. And then select Wire & ACH.

Enter the following account information, and click Continue to add the account to the payee.
-
Type of Recipient
Specify whether the account is a Checking or Savings account. -
Account Number
Enter the bank account number associated with the account. -
Routing Number (Wires)
Specify the ABA bank routing number associated with the account. -
Routing Number (ACH)
Specify the Automated Clearing House (ACH) routing number associated with the account.
If we don't have the bank account details, we can also pay by check. When we choose this option, click on Check instead of Wire or ACH and then leave the box marked that says “Use payee information on file”, and all the information is already filled with the data we put when we first set up the recipient. Click “Continue” and now the payment details for check are ready.
