If you have already set up your Quickbooks integration by following these steps, you are now ready to Sync.
Note: We currently do not support live integrations such as the Quickbooks bank feed, we exclusively do through CoAs. QBO Bank Feed Integrations are currently on the roadmap and will hopefully be supported by the end of 2023.
To sync all of your Checking Account activity from Rho to Quickbooks, go to your Banking Tab, (the first icon on the left navigation bar), and click on the "Sync Quickbooks" button below your aggregate balance:
To Sync only one of your transactions in Rho to Quickbooks, go to your Banking Tab and select the desired "Settled" transaction to open the Transaction Details Window on the right. Scroll to the bottom of the details window and select "sync" under the Quickbooks header:
If you use Rho’s receipt capture feature, those receipt attachments will transfer over into your Quickbooks account!
IMPORTANT INTEGRATION NOTES:
This is a manual process. You must click this Sync Quickbooks button each time you would like to reconcile your Rho account in QB.
Your transactions will flow through to Quickbooks and appear in the CHART OF ACCOUNTS tab. If you've been using CSV uploads to sync your Rho account with Quickbooks so far, please give us a call. We'll get you set up.
When you connect QB to Rho, you will see a new account in your COA tab titled "RHO [Checking Account Digits]". This is your primary account and is required for your automatic account reconciliation. It's OK to rename this account, but please don't delete it, or your integration will not work.
