In some cases, there is a phone number in the description of the charge. Try contacting the merchant to find out more information. A merchant charged me the wrong amount or charged me for a transaction I did not authorize
Did you know contacting the merchant directly for any erroneous transactions, such as double charges or overcharges may result in the fastest resolution? Try contacting the merchant and working with them to correct the error. If you’re unable to resolve the error with the merchant, we’re always happy to help.
