All Rho Card transactions, even those that have been auto-approved as configured in your approvals settings, will be shown in the Company and Personal Expenses tabs.
Understanding the Transactions Table
In the Expenses Tab, you can easily see which transactions require review by looking at the status symbols on the left side of the table. You can also use the Status filter tool to review transactions with specific statuses.
Here’s what each symbol means:
To see more details, like whether an expense was manually or automatically approved, or what information is missing from an expense, you can hover over the status in the transaction table or click on the transaction to see full details.
How to approve a transaction
All transactions that aren’t auto-approved require an approver to manually review and approve or reject the transaction.
To view transactions that require approval, use the Status filter and select Needs Approval. You can then filter by budget or user to narrow down the list of expenses that require approval.
To approve an expense, click on the transaction, which will open the transaction details on the right of the dashboard. Here, you can review all attributes of the transaction, and click Approve.
How to reject a transaction
To reject a transaction, follow the same steps as detailed above, but click Reject.
You’ll be prompted to add a note, and the transaction will be rerouted to the user who made the purchase.
