When logging into your Rho account, either for the first time or after any terms updates, you will be prompted to accept Rho’s Term of Service and Cashback Rewards Program Terms.  

These agreements will be displayed in a pop up box when you first sign into your account. This pop up will also occur for existing clients when these agreements are updated. 

Please note, until each agreement is accepted, you will not be able to proceed to your account. Please read each agreement carefully. If you have any questions pertaining to these agreements, please reach out to Rho’s Client Service team at clientservice@rho.co. 

Each agreement will be displayed in a separate Tab at the top of the pop up window. In order to proceed, you must navigate through, and accept, each agreement individually.

To do so: 

1. Click on each individual tab
2. Read and scroll to the bottom of the page 
3. Check the acceptance box at the bottom of each tab. These check boxes affirm you have read and agree. 

Once all available checkboxes are selected, you will be able to click on “Continue”, leading you to your Rho account homepage. You may view examples of the tabs and check boxes below:
