1. Create a new password using the password reset email

2. Open an incognito window, or a different browser than you normally use

3. Go to https://www.rho.co/ in the incognito window

4. Click login, type in the new password that you just created

5. You should be texted a two-factor authentication code. With that code, you'll be able to log in.
