Rho provides several ways to receive funds to your account.

You can find detailed instructions for receiving money to your Rho account (via ACH, Domestic Wire or International Wire) by clicking on the Banking Tab.

From there, go into the desired Checking Account by clicking on the Account on the left side of the screen to highlight it (in green).

On the right side of the screen, at the top of the page click on the Account Details button, in black and green.

When you click the Account Details button, a dialogue box will open on your screen that will include you:

  • Account Name

  • Account Type (Checking, Treasury, etc)

  • Account Number

  • Routing Number

  • Account Holder

  • Account Address

  • Statements

  • Instructions To Receive Funds

Click on "View" to the right of the last option "Instructions To Receive Funds" Which will direct you to send(email) or download one of these instructional PDF documents:

  • Domestic Wire Instructions (Domestic Wire payments will reach your account within the same day if sent before 3:00PM ET in most cases. Settlement times can vary based on the policies of the sending bank.)

  • International Wire Instructions (International wires should arrive between 1-5 business days. Please let your business banker know if you are expecting to receive international wires.)

  • ACH Transfer Instructions payments. (Standard ACH payments take between 1-3 business days to settle. An ACH pull can take 2-3 business days, a push can be 1-3 business days. Here is more information on ACH push vs pull transactions.)

  • Void Check Template (for proof of account)

To fund your account you can also select "Deposit Funds" from your Banking Tab in a selected account. From there you can:

  • Deposit a check Please note, check deposits take 3 business days to clear.
    Each Rho Account may only receive up to $15,000.00 USD per day in check deposits (Example: one check for $15,000.00 USD, 3 separate checks for $5,000.00 USD may be deposited in a single day, etc).

    • You may deposit amounts in excess of $15,000.00 USD if you notify Rho in advance and Rho approves in writing. If a large check needs to be deposited, you may contact ClientService@Rho.co. The Client Service Team and Compliance Team will review your request and grant or deny it. Please note, the check will display as “canceled” in your Rho Account unless approved by Rho.

  • Link an external bank account Linked Account transfers can take 2-3 business days to settle.

For the fastest way to fund your account, a domestic wire is recommended.

If you are having issues with expected payments, please know that Rho Business Banking is unlikely to be able to track incoming payments. Your best option is often to call the sending bank.
