Add an invoice or receipt.
Asking your employees to attach a receipt to purchases is a great way to stay organized. You can upload receipts to existing transactions, as well as new transfers.
To attach a receipt to an existing transaction, location and select the transaction from any Transactions page (for example, an Accounts or Budget dashboard). From the Transactions Details window, from the Invoice/Receipt field click the Upload button, and select the receipt from your local device. For more information about transactions, see Transaction Details.
To attach a receipt to a new transfer (for example, an ACH Transfer), click the Add Attachment button from the Transfer Details page, and select the receipt from your local device.
Note: Rho only allows you to upload your receipts as PDF, JPG, and PNG files.
