Expected times for wires, ACH, and transfers.

If you're awaiting an incoming payment, here's how long it will take to settle.

ACH Payments: Standard incoming ACH payments typically take between 1-3 business days to settle. Settlement times can vary based on the policies of the sending bank, the amount of the ACH, and the time at which the transaction is made.

Domestic Wire Payments: Domestic Wire payments typically settle within 1-2 business days. Settlement times can vary based on the policies of the sending bank, and the time at which the transaction is made.

International Wires: International wires typically arrive between 1-5 business days. Settlement times can vary based on the policies of the sending bank, and the time at which the transaction is made.

Check Deposits: Please note, check deposits may take up to 10 business days to clear.
Each Rho Account may only receive up to $15,000.00 USD per day in check deposits (Example: one check for $15,000.00 USD, 3 separate checks for $5,000.00 USD may be deposited in a single day, etc).

  • You may deposit amounts in excess of $15,000.00 USD if you notify Rho in advance and Rho approves in writing. If a large check needs to be deposited, you may contact ClientService@Rho.co. The Client Service Team and Compliance Team will review your request and grant or deny it. Please note, the check will display as “canceled” in your Rho Account unless approved by Rho.

Linked Account Transfers: Linked Account Transfers typically take 2-3 business days to settle.

What to do if an expected payment hasn't arrived to your Rho account: Rho Business Banking is unlikely to be able to track incoming payments. The best option is often to call the sending bank. However, we're happy to try to help. Please refer here for information on attempting to trace incoming funds.
